Through a special negotiation with the DoubleTree Hotel (our venue), SCSI is pleased to offer a complete support package for any attendee whose funding benefits from a single payer for the course. Based on an arrival on Sunday, 6 June, our support package includes:

Spacious guest room accommodations come with either 2 queens or 1 king Doubletree Sweet Dreams® experience bed for incredibly relaxing and restful lodging experience. Every room provides first-rate amenities; like an in-room coffee maker, ironing board and iron, Free high-speed Internet access for SCSI students, data ports, and 2-line telephone.

Registrants will be issued a meals card at registration. This card is good for all meals as outlined above subject to the following conditions:

• Card must be presented whenever eating an authorized meal at the Double Tree Hotel.


• Menu Total Amount includes meal and non-alcohol drink (coffee, hot/iced tea or soda).


• Meals and/or drinks which exceed the Menu Total Amounts identified on the card reverse are at the holder’s own expenses.


• No cash refunds for meals at less than the identified amount.


• There are no substitutions for missed meals, unless coordinated by the SCSI Registrar.


• No credit is given for meals eaten elsewhere.


• Unless specified by the course administrators, meals other than at the Double Tree Hotel are at the student’s personal expense.


• Meals include Tax and Gratuity.

Terms: Upon registration and invoice for the entire amount will be sent to the registrant or parent organization. Payment must be made upon arrival at the registration desk on 6 June unless agreed upon otherwise by SCSI. If delayed payment by the registrant organization is approved, a non-refundable deposit of 10% ($1,135) must be received on or before class begins. The balance will then become payable upon course completion.

The FSO Package includes all class activities and functions. The course schedule of events does not include any class activities on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). This allows time for individual sightseeing in the greater Los Angeles area. While trips to local attractions are not included in the package, SCSI will assist the registrant to secure transportation and admission for any weekend trips desired.
