HOW WE USE COOKIES
We use cookies and similar technologies to improve and enhance your experience on our website. When you use the website, SCSI may collect non-personal information through cookies and server log files. This information is used to improve the website. Examples of these items include:

  • Cookies. SCSI’s website uses “cookies,” which are data that a web server transfers to an individual computer for recordkeeping purposes. Cookies help facilitate users’ access to and use of the website. Cookies allow the website’s servers to recognize a user’s computer and any settings that were previously entered on SCSI’s website.
  • Server Log Files. Your computer is automatically assigned an Internet Protocol (IP) address by your Internet Service Provider (ISP), which allows your computer to be identified. Whenever you visit the website, your IP address is identified and logged automatically in our server log files, along with the time of your visit and the pages within our website that you visited. The purpose of tracking an IP address is to calculate the usage levels of the website, help diagnose problems with servers, to administer the website, and improve and enhance your experience using the website.
  • You may regulate how your internet browser responds to cookies, including turning off cookies. If you completely disable cookies, you will not be able to use the website to register online for courses.

SCSI does not allow third parties to collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time when you use our website. We do not use website visitation data or website activity data, either peronally identifiable or non-personally identifiable, for the purpose of targeting advertisements.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the collection or use of your information by any such third parties. You should read and understand the privacy policies and practices of any third-party websites or apps you visit or use.
